Success!

The post-surgery bucket list is quickly getting checked off!  My shoulder did miraculously well on the first surfing run post both surgeries.  I was never concerned about my back as it is simply perfect.  It's the shoulder that had me a little apprehensive.  It's only been 9 weeks since the labrum repair and the motion has been improving greatly in the last 2 weeks, but I really was unsure if I had the strength to pull myself up.  A couple of tries being cautious, but success!  This is the whole reason for both surgeries:  an active, pain-free life having fun with friends!  So so happy.  Now to get good at it and get rid of the rope again....
